Condition & Additional Work
Published pricing assumes a normally maintained vehicle. Condition disclosures help Royal prepare without replacing a professional assessment.
Heavy condition
Excessive mud, dirt, sand, or an unusually dirty interior that remains manageable within the selected service may require the fixed $50 Heavy Condition Fee.
Personal approval
Checking a condition item during booking never adds a fee automatically. Royal will explain unexpected additional work and obtain customer approval by text or phone before making a material service or price change.
Service upgrades
If a Concierge Refresh requires substantially more work than the service allows, Royal may recommend Signature Detail. An upgrade occurs only after customer approval.
Pet hair and specialized concerns
Pet hair is separate from the Heavy Condition Fee and begins at $35. Severe pet hair, strong odor, significant stains, or other specialized work may require a quote or a different service recommendation.
